After opting to field first, Oman were off to a fantastic start as Shakeel Ahmed picked up early wickets to put USA on the backfoot.

Jay Odedra and Aamir Kaleem chipped in as Oman picked up four wickets in under 10 overs.

However, Milind Kumar's rescue act, scoring 46, supported by Aaron Jones and Sanjay Krishnamurthi, who made 16 each, took USA to 122/10 in 35.3 overs.

Chasing a below-par target, Oman got off to the worst possible start, losing both openers Jatinder Singh and Kaleem in four overs.

Hammid Mirza (29), was the lone fighter for Oman as no partner supported the No.3 batter, with them falling like nine-pins to spin.

Noshtush Kenjige picked up a brilliant five-for, giving away just 11 runs in 7.3 overs, and sealing the victory for USA.

Milind Kumar and Yasir Mohammad picked up two wickets, while Harmeet Singh bagged one.
